I love butterflies and can never have enough butterfly stamp sets! Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps just released a brand new butterfly set and I had to play with it first. Today's card features two of the new releases, Begin Again and Encouraging Thoughts.
I started by stamping and embossing the butterfly with black ink and embossing powder on Canson XL watercolor paper. I colored the image with Arteza Real Brush Pens (bumblebee yellow and rouge pink) and fussy cut out. I die cut the layering pieces and used the same color ink to splatter on the rectangular one. I found some coordinating washi tape in my stash and put it across the top, stamped the words in black and attached layering pieces as seen popping the butterfly up with foam tape. I utilized the previous Freshly Made Sketches #432 for my layout. This layout great for quick cards!
