I am sharing three easy cards with you today. I love quick and easy cards!

For my first two cards, I decided to go with a muted color scheme. I used the brand new sets, Friendship is a Blessing and Your Story, along with Blessings in Disguise from the March release. I started by stamping both the library card and notebook paper images with Antique Linen Distress Ink onto a creamy cardstock and cut out by hand. I stamped the flower image and sentiments with Sage Shadow ink and die cut the pattern paper. I dry embossed two panels of Sage Shadow cardstock with a honeycomb embossing folder. I assembled as seen, adding twine to both and slipping half a doily behind the top panel on the first card. These cards were inspired by ones I saw last summer.

For my last card, I used Friendship is a Blessing and Blessings in Disguise. I decided to make this one a monochromatic card featuring a soft blue color. I used the smaller stamps in the one set and a technique called popping pastels to create the background piece. I stamped the flower onto white cardstock with Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide ink and die cut. I stamped the sentiments in VersaFine Clair Nocturne ink and assemble the card. I added white string and sequins as the finishing touches.
